LA Design and Build is a local roofing company offering a range of services including roof repairs, new installations, and exterior property improvements. The goal of this project was to create a professional online presence that made it effortless for visitors to request a quote or contact Lewis directly — whether via phone, form, or WhatsApp.
The existing site lacked clarity and didn’t guide visitors toward action. We set out to change that by designing a conversion-optimised website focused on trust, simplicity, and accessibility. Every element was strategically designed to funnel users toward booking a no-obligation quote with minimal friction.
We built the new site on WordPress using Elementor, with a sharp focus on the actions that matter most: calls, contact form submissions, and WhatsApp enquiries. Key CTAs were placed above the fold and repeated contextually across the site to maximise opportunities for engagement.
Service pages were structured to highlight what Lewis offers in plain language, supported by visuals and trust signals like reviews and photo galleries. The quote request form was simplified to reduce friction, and mobile users were given tap-to-call and quick-message options for instant outreach.
To ensure the site performs well across all devices, we stripped out unnecessary bloat and optimised load times. The result is a fast, easy-to-use website that generates consistent quote enquiries and positions LA Design and Build as a trusted local specialist.
